The Director’s Office performs administrative and professional jobs for the Director, protocol jobs, jobs regarding relations with means of public informing, jobs regarding contact and communication with bodies of the state administration and local self-government and other legal and physical entities, jobs of registering and archiving confidential pail as well as other professional and administrative jobs regarding the work of the Director.

The service for General and Mutual Affairs does the administrative, staff, legal, financial, accounting and billing affairs. The service for the professional tasks of protection, preservation, promotion and use of the Nature Park performs professional tasks related to the protection, preservation, promotion and use of Nature, especially activities related to drafting the management plan, protection program, preservation, use and promotion of the Nature Park, its implementation, monitoring the landscape and the living and the inanimate world of the Nature Park, taking care of capital investments in the Nature Park regarding protection, preservation, promotion and use of the Nature Park as well as other professional activities.

The surveillance service supervises the Nature Park regarding the application of the Nature Protection Act and the Codebook on internal order in the Nature Park Biokovo. For the purpose of surveillance operations, the service carries out the appropriate administrative procedures and takes statutory measures against persons who violate the laws or the Codebook of internal order.

The Technical Service performs professional and technical activities regarding maintenance of the premises and equipment, maintaining vehicles and equipment, maintaining roads and trails to the Nature Park which are under the authority of the Institution, activities regarding the removal of garbage as well as other technical activities.
